Loran's Thanksgiving this year was spent welcoming Uncle Cadre home from the Idaho Boise Mission. It was an amazing moment for us to see her run to him with excitement seeing him for the first time since she was three months old. It was so good to have my little brother back. It was a great day to sit around a table at Cracker Barrel and enjoy eachother. The holidays are an empty time for our family without my dad, and it was especially hard not having Cadre right there with us during the last two years. Our family feels almost whole again. I know my dad is so proud of all of us kids for the things we have accomplished. Life has been a struggle without dad for all of us, but because we stick together with what is most important in mind we are comforted and happy to know we will be with him again.
